As luck would have it (and not to anyone's surprise), all five of Collin's fish died :( :( Pitiful, right?! As it turns out, Wal Mart sold Mom some sickly fish with some kind of parasite issue, or something like that. We were just glad to know it wasn't us overfeeding them that caused them to die, although that probably didn't help.
Surprisingly, Collin and Brantlee took the news really well and weren't upset a bit when we had to flush each one down and the toilet, ha. Here we are this past weekend at Petsmart picking out 3 new fish.
We are feeling good about our new fish, but time will tell ;) ;) We don't exactly have the best track record with pets.
