At the "Bic WaWa"

We went with Nana and Poppa to the beach at Seacrest in Florida during the first week of June. Ty almost immediately named it the "bic wawa" or big water. And so that has stuck with everyone. And really it meant the big community pool that he liked WAY more than the actual beach. We had an absolutely wonderful time! We stayed in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We rented bikes for the week, and I think everyone would admit it was definitely worth the money. We rode around the neighborhood or to get ice cream whenever we needed a break from the sun. We biked to dinner 3 nights. Actually, come to think of it, we never got in the car until we left to come home. We had several days with rain, but it really didn't bother anyone. We even rode in the rain! Every night there was live music in the "grove" area. We enjoyed that several nights. I think the pictures below can tell about the rest of the trip:

I tried to get some pictures of the kids in the beautiful grass at Rosemary Beach. (Forget fighting them in the sand... I just didn't have it in me by that point.) But as predicted, it didn't go as planned :)

Family evening strolls were our favorite.
A big thanks to Nana and Poppy for such a wonderful trip!
