Love & War

I feel like at our house we are in a constant struggle between loving each other or despising each other. There really is not much middle ground here. When they fight, it is so intense. And when they love each other, it absolutely melts my heart! The relationship between these two grows and changes everyday. Collin is such the big brother, and we can see (in little spurts) the beginning of him looking out for B. He knows how to set her off, yet he knows when to back down and how to handle a baby sister. He is such a sweet little man.

Brantlee wants so much to do what Collin does, and she is learning how to share and be a friend. (But it is so HARD, right?) She is very independent and knows EXACTLY what she wants and how she wants it! But she is also going through another "mommy only" phase, and she wants me to treat like she is a baby again (rock her, hold her like a baby, feed her a sippy cup, etc.) I know it's just a phase, and I remember Collin going through something similar. Anyway, just posting some random pictures for fun!

At Collin's follow up Dr. appointment for a terrible ear infection he had 2 weeks ago.

Collin saw this curtain and asked me, "Is this where the doctors hide their prisoners?" WHAT?! Ha!

Bath Fun!

This is B's new face. She does this when I ask her if she's listening to me-ha! 

Ever since this night, we have to style Collin's hair like this in the tub. He just can't get enough of it!

Now check out B in the background. She is everything a 2 year old girl should be... sassy, opinionated, and terribly cute in a zebra dress and hot pink bow ;)
