Some fun spring things...

We are loving the warmer temperatures lately and being able to be outside without coats and shoes. We prefer bare feet around here. The kids have lots going on at school as the year winds down. More like a sprint to the finish :) Brantlee and Fischer had their spring program this past week. Despite the "deer in the headlights" looks (and scary demon eyes) they both did really well and smiled! The kids sang a few songs, said the Pledge of Allegiance, John 3:16, and The Ten Commandments.

Last Sunday before church everyone was dressed in matching outfits, we were early, and no one was crying. This circumstance is so rare that I had to capture it... And no one cried in protest. I know, right?!

Fun playdate with sweet friends on a warm afternoon. 

Collin had a short field trip to a Well Doll Clinic at our hospital. The point of this event is to help kids not be afraid of the doctor, hospital, etc. Man, wouldn't this have been helpful BEFORE we had his adenoid surgery in December?!

Sister had Pajama and Pancake Day at school last week. She was thrilled about this. She asked us everyday that week if that was the day she got wear her gown!

Ty didn't get wet, but he sure loved the grass and sunshine :)

I have been itching to do some updates with paint colors in our house. Project #1 was to lighten up the color in our *used to be* dining room that is now an office/kid art room/sun room. Anyway, it is no longer a deep green. It is sometimes blue, sometimes light blue and sometimes it looks sort of green. It's the strangest thing.
